We charge an application fee of $35 per applicant, a deposit of $300, and an administration fee of $150. The application fee is non-refundable upon application, the deposit and admin fee are non-refundable upon approval.

No, our property does not participate in the section 8 program.

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days, after you submit all required information before we notify you whether or not you're approved. We require all information we need for your application to be in within 48 hours of your application date.

You are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.

While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.
